Policies

DAMAGE LIABILITY

Each client is responsible for the damages of rental equipment by either themselves and/or their guest(s). Damages include but are not limited to negligence, theft, accidentally knocking over products, and improperly securing rentals due to weather.  In case of damages, the client is responsible for 3 total rental costs. Payment information from initial booking will be charged if there are damages. If card on file is unsuccessful, the client will be responsible for court cost and fees, attorney cost, and damage fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations must be made 3 weeks before the event date to get a full refund of your deposit.

 

Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date, will receive half of the deposit back.

 

ANY cancellation made within 7 days of the event, will forfeit the entire deposit.
