1. What types of photos does the Open Air Photo booth take?

● Still Photos
Still photos are pictures that are taken by the Open Air Booth.
● GIFS
GIFS are multiple photos up to 6 put together in a short media video.
● Boomerangs
Boomerangs are short videos such 1 to 4 seconds capturing something in
motion.
● Videos
Videos are videos up to 102 seconds long which can be customized with music.
● Virtual Booths
Virtual Booths are excellent for clients that host an event that is virtual or hybrid. This allows for live photos that are customized to the clients request to be uploaded into a centralized photo album.

 

2. What area do you service?

We currently service the Baltimore, Washington, DC metropolitan area. However, we can service outside areas for an additional service fee.

 

3. Is there a deposit needed for rental?

Yes, there is a deposit fee. At the time of booking, we require 50% which will be applied to the final balance. The remaining balance is due 7 days prior to the event date.

 

4. Is there a delivery or pick up option?

Yes, we will deliver your rentals and set everything up at your event location.
There is no option for pickup. The delivery fee will be included in your invoice.

 

5. What if I need to cancel?

All cancellations must be made 3 weeks before the event date to get a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made less than 2 weeks before the event date, will receive half of the deposit back. ANY cancellation made within 7 days of the event, will forfeit the entire deposit.

 

6. Can I change my event date?

Dates may be changed up to 2 weeks before the original event date.

 

7. Is there a waiver to sign?

Yes, there is a rental waiver to sign. If you are requesting a drop-off without an
attendant, we require an accidental fee. This fee will be refunded after your event as long there isn't any damage to our rentals.

 

8. Can these items be used for outdoor events?

Yes, rentals may be used for outdoor events. Our rental can not be used during inclement weather/rain events. In the event of rain, if you selected an outdoor event at booking, your deposit may be subject to a refund.

 

9. Can guests get their photos at the event?

Yes, photos are available in real-time, while at the event and can be sent via
AirDrop, email, social media or text.

 

10. As the host of the event, can I get a file of all the photos/videos taken?

Yes, the event host will get a file of all event photos within 24hrs of the event.
